Xiaomi Redmi 4X – with Snapdragon 435 chip has been unveiled as the new smaller version of Redmi Note 4X that was just released last Valentine 2017.

Redmi 4X: smaller but not low-end

Xiaomi rarely announced just one version of smartphone at mobile events before, and it is similar at the MWC event in 2017. Besides the Mi 5C with self-developed Surge S1 microprocessors, the CEO of Xiaomi has just presented one more smartphone with Snapdragon 435, faster LTE, higher battery but at a cheaper price. This smartphone is Redmi 4X – the upgraded version of Redmi 4 and the smaller version of Redmi Note 4X.

For the first impression of Redmi 4X, its metal covers are rounded softly every angles. This smartphone is released in 3 colors: Champagne Gold, Cherry Pink and Mate Black with the thickness of just 8,65mm. The Xiaomi Redmi 4X specs are actually similar to the Redmi 4 that has the same size of display – 5″ 720p, GPU Andreno 505, octa-core 1.4GHz A53 processor, but it was upgraded with a Snapdragon 435 chipset and faster LTE speeds.

Aside from the newest Snapdragon 435 chipset, this smartphone also has great battery up to 4100mAh, includes Dual-SIM and VoLTE support. In addiction, this smartphone still maintained a 13MP main camera and a 5MP selfie snapper which helped in taking pictures in high quality. It has 2 options for customers : 2GB RAM storage with 16 GB and 3GB RAM with 32 GB. With these options, customers could be able to choose the one that would fit their needs.

Redmi 4X price: Unbelieveably cheap

Xiaomi Redmi 4X price is expected to be CNY 699 ($100) for the 16GB model and CNY 899 ($130) for the 32GB. This full-feature smartphone will be launched soon in China, and with this utopian price, why don’t we take one for ourselves?
