We all know what happened to the industry of smartphones in 2016, brands like Samsung Galaxy Note 7, Galaxy S7 and even iPhone 6 went trough this disaster. Honestly, we don’t want to face the same problem this year(2017), we hope smartphones manufacturers try to understand why smartphones explode. Recently, a Xiaomi Mi 4 went on fire after exploding inside a class in China. It is said that the device was plugged and was charging while the owner was using it.
However, we have no clear idea about what caused the explosion, but some classmates who were present said that the explosion was that the device was been used when plugged to an electric source. If you remember last week we gave some tips for keeping your phone safe, we mentioned that ” Do not use intensively devices when they are charging”. When the Xiaomi Mi 4 exploded, the battery was charged and in turn led to the melting of the plastic back cover, it also damaged the plastic frame of the phone.
Let us tell you that the Xiaomi released this device since 2014, it is an excellent phone and was among some of the best when it was launched. The Xiaomi Mi 4 specs came out with a 5′ and 1080p with an IPS display, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801(MSM8974AC) quad-core processor with a clock frequency of 2.5GHz. It also offers a 3GB RAM and 16/32/ and 64 GB ROM. It is powered by a 3080 mAh battery power.
What should Xiaomi do to understand the explosion?
