Asus ZenFone Go: budget phone, new version, Android 6.0,….
Asus has just launched a new version of ZenFone Go, named ZenFone Go (ZB450KL). It is claimed that this new phone will have many software updates, some of which are really interesting…
Asus Zenfone Go: new version, new Android OS
Asus ZenFone Go (ZB450KL) inherits most of the design from the old Asus ZenFone Go (ZB452KG). First, this new ZenFone Go has the signature poly-plastic build and the concentric circle design which make this phone look soft and sensual. And if you love small screen, this Zenfone is born for you since its screen is 4,5 inch with a resolution of 480×800 pixels. The cameras are also the same. The front Asus ZenFone Go camera is 2MP and the main camera is 8MP. Although these are not very fancy, such resolutions are decent enough to capture defined pictures.
Unlike the design, the new Asus ZenFone Go specs come with more differences. The old Android v5.1 is replaced by the new Android v6.0 (Marshmallow), which many users prefer. Furthermore, the chipset is now more advanced by the changing from Snapdragon 200 to Snapdragon 410. The new chipset makes the device operate much faster. But the updates don’t stop there. The new Zenfone Go features Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A53. When the old Zenfone Go only sports Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7.
Unfortunately, these updates do not include the 1 GB RAM and the 8GB storage – which is quite humble compared to the market today. But Asus has smart enough to extend their expandable storage, up to 256 GB instead of just 64GB like in the old version. The memory card can be put into a second SIM Card slot to save space.
New Asus ZenFone Go: price and availability
Asus Zenfone Go has been released for sale earlier this month. Therefore, you can start grabbing it from now. In case you’re wondering about the price, Asus Zenfone Go price is only $123, which is very affordable. A huge 256GB ROM mobile for a tiny budget, anyone?
